Job Overview

We are seeking an AI/MLOps Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for deploying and managing AI/ML models in production, optimising infrastructure, building testing/validation pipelines and ensuring seamless integration across various platforms. This role requires a blend of data engineering, software engineering, and basic machine learning expertise to support the end-to-end lifecycle of machine learning applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Model Deployment and Integration:

    • Design, implement, and maintain scalable machine learning pipelines and workflows.

    • Deploy machine learning models to production environments, ensuring high availability and performance.

  2. Infrastructure and Automation:

    • Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for ML model deployment.

    • Automate testing and validation pipelines for our AI Models.

  3. Data Preprocessing and Engineering:

    • Work with large datasets, performing data cleaning, normalisation, and transformation.

    • Develop and implement Testing/Validation workflow for data annotations to be done with third party annotators.

  4. Monitoring and Maintenance:

    • Monitor model performance and data drift in production environments.

    • Implement logging, monitoring, and alerting for deployed models.

  5. Collaboration and Communication:

    • Work closely with AI Engineers and software developers to streamline the ML model development process.

    • Communicate findings and provide recommendations for improvements.

  6. Security and Compliance:

    • Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations.

    • Implement best practices for data governance, including data lineage and versioning.

  7. Continuous Improvement:

    • Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in AI/ML and MLOps.

    • Propose and implement improvements to existing processes and infrastructure.

Qualifications:

  • Education:

    • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.

  • Experience:

    • 2+ years of experience in MLOps, DevOps, or a similar role.

    • Experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) and libraries.

    • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java.

  • Technical Skills:

    • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and their AI/ML services.

    • Knowledge of version control systems (Git) and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI).

    • Familiarity with AI engineering tools (ClearML) and data annotation tools (SuperAnnotate) is a plus!

  • Soft Skills:

    • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

    • Strong communication and collaboration skills.

    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

    • Good communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
